Album är tidsbegränsade och raderas på riktigt. Radering betyder borttagning från lagring — bilder, namn, sessioner, allt. Detta är ett åtagande, inte en ambition.
Du äger dina bilder, alltid. Genom att ladda upp ger du Photogether en begränsad rätt att lagra och visa bilden för albumets deltagare — bara det, och bara under albumets livstid. När albumet raderas upphör rätten i samma ögonblick. Photogether använder aldrig ditt innehåll för träning, reklam eller något annat ändamål.
Du ansvarar för det du laddar upp. Bilder du delar i ett album syns för alla i albumet — det är poängen. Photogether förbehåller sig rätten att avsluta album med olagligt innehåll.
Photogether är i ett tidigt skede och tillhandahålls i befintligt skick: inga drifttidsgarantier, inget ansvar för dataförlust vid tekniskt fel. Spara bilder du vill behålla till din egen enhet — appen är byggd för exakt det.

Photogether is for sharing photos at events. Albums are shared by QR code and truly deleted when the moment passes — deletion means removal from storage, and that is a commitment.
You own your photos, always. Uploading grants Photogether a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and serve the photo to the album's participants — for the album's lifetime only; the licence ends the moment the album is deleted. Your content is never used for training, advertising, or anything else.
You are responsible for what you upload, and photos you share are visible to everyone in the album. Photogether reserves the right to terminate albums containing illegal content. The service is provided as-is at this early stage: no uptime guarantees, no liability for data loss from technical failure — save what you want to keep to your own device.
