What Photogether is
Photogether is a product of We Remagine One AB (org. nr 559316–0228), Sandbäcksgatan 20 C, 653 48 Karlstad, Sweden. It's for sharing photos at events — weddings, trips, kickoffs, gatherings. Albums are shared by QR code and deleted when the moment has passed. That is the whole product.
The core promise
Albums are time-bounded and truly deleted. Deletion means removal from storage — photos, names, sessions, all of it. For encrypted albums the album's key is destroyed first, which makes the photos unrecoverable everywhere at once — even in places deletion takes time to reach. This is a commitment, not an ambition.
Your photos are yours
You own your photos, always. By uploading, you grant Photogether a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and serve the photo to the album's participants — only that, and only for the album's lifetime. The moment the album is deleted, the licence ends. Photogether never uses your content for training, advertising, or any other purpose.
Free and paid albums
Every album has honest, stated limits: how many people it holds, how many photos, how many days it lives, and the photo quality it keeps. A paid unlock, bought through the App Store or Google Play, gives one single album a bigger envelope. It is a one-time purchase for that album alone — no subscription, nothing recurring — and it ends when the album ends. The price is always shown in the store before you pay; payment, receipts, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms. A paid album is deleted on its schedule like every other album: deletion is never something you pay to avoid.
Quality levels are ceilings, not transformations. They state the highest resolution an album keeps — photos are never upscaled, so a photo taken or uploaded at a lower resolution stays exactly as it was.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for what you upload, and photos you share are visible to everyone in the album — that is the point. There is zero tolerance for objectionable, illegal, or abusive content and for harassment. Moderation lives where the album lives: you can report a photo directly in the app, the report goes to the album's creator, and the creator can remove any photo in their album. That is the fastest route, and usually the only one that can act on a single photo.
Illegal content can also be reported to hello@photogether.one. Be aware of what we can and cannot do: we don't look inside albums — our own tools have no way to display them, and in encrypted albums the photos rest encrypted besides — so we cannot pick one photo out and delete it. What we can do is end an album outright, which deletes it and everything in it. That is what a credible report of illegal content gets.
As-is
Photogether is at an early stage and provided as-is: no uptime guarantees, no liability for data loss from technical failure. Save the photos you want to keep to your own device — the app is built for exactly that.
